The story of our “Vin Santo” began in 2000.

The early years we didn’t have much to do during the harvest. In 2001, 2002 and 2003 we bought some “Trebbiano toscano” grapes from a neighbor, we had them wither, then in January we put them in some “caratelli scolmi” (small wooden vessels barrel-shaped) and forgot about them for 10 years. In 2011 we bottled 2001’s harvest, then in 2012 the 2002’2 harvest and finally, on the 27th of june 2016, we bottled 2003’s harvest, exactly after 13 years. The production of our “Vin Santo” is limited to just 300 bottles, 0.5 liter each, and will not be put on the market.
