Luca Maroni says NinetySix

Another welcome acknowledgment that rewards us for the great work done by all the Podere Sapaio team. After evaluating our Sapaio 2013, Luca Maroni owner of its Yearbook Of Best Italian Wines, tells us that with a 96 points of pleasantness index is found to be the 3rd best red wine of Italy. We are very happy for this appreciation to our wine. These results are a healthy fuel that stimulates us to continue always and consistently in this direction.

Tasting : from the first visual impression this wine is of a class apart.  That of an absolute ace. Its rich composition first of all: its eggplant bluish is impenetrably black, its powerful scent like that of a fitted engine, its touch real liquid pulp with fabulous density of fiber and like physical weight and thickness. So as balance: such charged tannin, such base acidity need the amount of soft blackberry wrapped around this truly exhaustive wine. Finally the attaining oenology: not one inaccuracy in the trasformation, not a crack in the granitic and purplish aromatic and oxidative integrity of this exceptional, elegant champion. A wine made of soft, spicy, majestic persuasivness, volume and measure. Consistently among the absolute best reds in Italy.
